Return Policy of Evy’s Eclectic
Return and exchange.
Evy’s Eclectic is a print on demand business, which means, that we do not store any products. No warehousing. All items are made when you place an order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
If there is a problem with an order
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us within 7 days of product delivery. We offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. In such a case, make a photo about the item to show the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Orders with personalised design
If you have placed a personalised order, using your own photos or designs, your order will be on hold for 24 hours. During this period, you can change your mind and cancel your order by emailing us at: customer.service@evyseclectic.com. You will have a full refund. After 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund, because the item is unique. Still we offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

If the shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we can not offer replacements or refunds. Please double-check the details, before placing an order.

In order to resolve the problem most efficiently, get in touch with us as soon as possible after the delivery, but no more than 7 days. You can contact Evy’s Eclectic at the email address: customer.service@evyseclectic.com. In the email, tell us the details of the order and your email address.
