How does it work?
After placing your order, send your photo to us as soon as possible. Use this email addresse to send the photo: customer.service@evyseclectic.com. You will get a feedback after we received it. You will also receive a photo about how your product will look like. The product will be sent to production after 24 hours of placing the order.
It is very important: You can change your mind and cancel the order only within this time frame to get a full refund (no more than 24 hours after placing the order). After this time frame, there’s so way to cancel your order and get a full refund, because it is a custom made product. Espacially for you. In case of having some problems after receiving your order, read our return policy and complaint policy.

All was okay with the order and the shipment. It took more than 2 weeks to UK, but it’s beautiful. I’m happy with it.

I ordered to the EU. It took 3 and half weeks to get it. This time is long, but I had many other orders from other sites and this is not rare to wait more weeks for a shipment if it comes from US or China… There was some other issue also, because I had to pay some extra for custom clearance. As written on the website, I wrote to the customer service and I got this amount back. At the end I am happy about the product. It’s really nice and I’m happy also about the customer service.
